In 1985, C. Michael Munson was a principal developer of The Wilshire House, a 9 story residential condominium located in downtown Columbia. After completing The Wilshire House, Mr. Munson founded CMM Realty, Inc. with the objective of being a full-service real estate firm offering sales, property management, leasing, and development services. Presently, the company has approximately 25 employees.

C. Michael Munson is President of CMM Realty, Inc. and is a 1980 graduate of the University of South Carolina. Mr. Munson received his B.S. degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate. In the early 1980's, Mr. Munson was engaged in syndications of real estate limited partnerships involving apartment complexes and condominium conversions. Since 1982, Mr. Munson has been a licensed South Carolina Broker-in-Charge and has been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate throughout South Carolina. Mr. Munson is a member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors and has received his ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative, designation from the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Munson is married and he and his wife, Maggie, have four children, Tyler, Haleigh, Logan and Rhett.
