Our signature and most recognized development is The Wilshire House at Union Station located in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. Our development team completed this project in 1986 after nearly two years of evaluation, site selections, design, financing, marketing and construction. This 9 story, 104 unit, residential condominium project has received several design awards and its occupancy has remained at 100% for nearly every year since its completion.
