When I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Business Administration degree and a double major in Marketing and Finance (emphasis in Real Estate) in 1980, I quickly learned that inexperience can be an asset if you are blessed with a clear vision of what you want to achieve. My earliest visions came to fruition in 1985; I became the developer of The Wilshire House, a nine-story condominium tower located near USC’s campus. Today, a pedestrian bridge connects The Wilshire House with the new state-of-the-art Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center. We feel a valued relationship as a neighbor with “Our Carolina.”
At the completion of The Wilshire House, I founded CMM Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm offering sales, property management, leasing, and development. Our long-term stability, experienced team members, and our desire to continue to improve and learn make us a company our clients rely on and trust.
