Bryan Proctor
Maintenance Supervisor
Bryan Proctor is a longtime Columbia resident and has been with the CMM Realty, Inc. team for three years as a Maintenance Supervisor. He contributes more than 20 years of experience in the maintenance field, along with his dedicated service to our Country. Beginning in 2001, Bryan served in the U.S. Navy on an aircraft carrier for four years as Machinist, Locksmith, Engraver, Firefighter, and Quality Assurance/Safety PO.
Bryan has worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for the past 10 years and excels at leadership, organization, and timely execution of assigned tasks and special projects. When he is not handling make-ready properties or general maintenance, Bryan enjoys woodworking and playing drums and guitar.
