Julie was the best real estate agent to work with! Julie has expertise in the Columbia, SC market we were selling in. When signing with her, she listened to our wants, and helped us price the property at a realistic and competitive value, that when sold, we were very pleased with the outcome. From the start, Julie gave us tips on how to prepare the unit for sale and helped with some of the preparations. Throughout the showing process, Julie would notify us of every visit to the property and likeliness of interest in each showing. The process went very fast, for Julie was able to bring in serious candidates. When finally negotiating a sale agreement, Julie represented our desired outcome fully. Post the sale agreement, Julie helped tremendously with the lawyer coordination between the two parties to assure the purchase and sale paperwork was accurate and timely. On the side, Julie helped us sell some of the furniture prior to the close. This was above and beyond her duties as our agent.
