Property Manager
Kenyetta M. Hye is the Adesso HOA Manager, she joined CMM Realty, Inc in 2021. She came to Columbia SC in 2015 after 23 years in Oceanside CA. Her career path started in the medical field working at the Neurology Center based in Southern California. She attended the St. Augustine School of Nursing and became a certified Medical Assistant and was a licensed Pharmacy Tech. in the State of California. After moving to South Carolina, she transitioned into Property Management. She obtained her Property Manager Licenses after attending the Real Estate School of Success here in Columbia. She is the mother of one, a son who currently serves in the United States Marine Corp. She enjoys spending time with her family and hosting her annual Lady Talk events. Her Parents taught her early to do everything with effort, energy and enthusiasm.
